About AgeLens

AgeLens creates photorealistic AI age progression portraits — curated future-self portrait packs that help parents and teachers start conversations about who a child might become.

Why AgeLens exists

AgeLens started with a simple observation: when a child can see a vivid, realistic glimpse of a possible future self — a scientist, a pilot, or simply a grown-up version of who they are today — it sparks curiosity and conversation in a way words alone rarely do.

We built AgeLens so that any parent or teacher can create that moment without learning prompts, AI models, or photo editing. You make the few decisions that matter, and AgeLens handles the rest. The portraits are imaginative possibilities meant to inspire and open up conversation — not predictions of how anyone's life will turn out.

Who is behind AgeLens

AgeLens is built by Naz Avo, a software engineer who has been building products since 2010. Born and raised in Western Ukraine, he finished high school in Texas, earned a master's degree in Poland, and has lived and worked nomadically ever since. Along the way he has contributed to open-source projects like Ghost and Bree, and he writes about tech and the nomadic lifestyle on his blog.

AgeLens is not the only thing Naz makes. He is also the founder of employee feedback software called FeedbackPulse, which helps teams run honest pulse surveys and turn responses into manager-ready next steps. He also built eNPS Tools, a reference site with practical eNPS benchmarks and calculators for people teams.

Built to be trusted around kids

Because AgeLens is used by families and in classrooms, trust is a feature, not an afterthought:

  • Portrait packs are a one-time purchase — no subscription to remember or cancel.
  • Uploaded photos are deleted within 7 days.
  • Results are framed as imaginative possibilities to reflect on together, never as forecasts or guarantees.
